High Alpha: Michael Landes

This week is full of activity for the house. The first of which is taking part in Winter Homecoming. The dates and events are as follows:

Monday, February 13

Break Dance competition has been delayed/canceled.

Tuesday, February 14

Midnight Snack in Reilly Room at 12 a.m.

Wednesday, February 15

David Barnes concert.

Thursday, February 16

5:30-7 Tailgate party in the West Gym in Hinkle.

Make sure and come out to these great events. The new Associate Class is continuing their work on Freshmen Skits and are doing a great job. Also, there is a reminder about Polar Bear Plunge (an event benefiting the Special Olympics).

For those who are participating, it is on February 25th at the Eagle Creek Reservoir. Please continue to turn in the pre-registration sheets and raise donations. Another reminder is that everyone should continue to invite Butler faculty to our scholarship dinner coming up. Invitations are by the mailboxes. On a positive note, in the survey conducted at our last chapter dealing with external involvement, I am pleased to announce that 94 percent of the Active and Associate members are involved outside of the house. This is outstanding! Keep up the good work.

For those who have questions about getting more involved or have suggestions about how to get people plugged in, please let me know. Let's make this another great week.

God Bless,

Michael Landes
